Q.  When does production start?

A.   Production starts once we have approval on final art, no verbal approvals will be
      accepted. All approvals MUST be in writing.

 

Q.   How do you ship?

A.   We ship using UPS or ONTRAC. Other arrangements can be made.

 

Q.  How do I make sure orders will ship in a timely manner?

A.   Make sure that all e-mails are responded to in a timely manner and that all artwork       has been approved and inspected thoroughly.

 

Q.  How can I make sure that my artwork is set up correctly?

A.  Follow art set up requirements on web sites.
